Leyla was found on the streets as a puppy and arrived at the shelter earlier this year.
She is a gorgeous 1 year old girl, full of energy, playful, affectionate. Words cannot describe her love of life and human beings. Even confined in a small room with six other dogs, she still tries to play, jump and run.
She is posing like a model, tries to look her best and begs every person she sees with prayers in her eyes “Please, take me home…”
Leyla needs space to take out her energy. She needs an owner that would be able to take her to the park, or at least make her run around the house.
She might be too energetic to be around a baby, but would be amazing with a bigger kid who will love running and playing with her, and make her his/her best friend.
Poor Leyla cannot imagine that if no one chooses her, she will have to spend the rest of her life behind bars.
She cannot imagine that she might never see the oh so green grass again.
Leyla didn’t receive a single visit since she came to the shelter. Visitors cannot see her since she is in a restricted area. No one asked for Leyla.
She is such a positive dog, but the look in her eyes is getting a little bit more sad, everyday…
Every night, she goes to sleep eager to wake up and find someone smiling at her, liking her. Maybe he/she will be the ONE, she thinks. Tomorrow is a new day. Leyla is waiting for you.
